RETURN POLICY

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

The product must show only normal handling. Damage caused by careless use is excluded from returns.

Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process begins.

Any defect or issue with the product must be reported immediately after delivery.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to begin the return process:

Use the subject line: “Return Request”

2 — Information

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s address

3 — Wait for Instructions

We will contact you and provide the correct return address.

Please do not send the product back to the sender. Always wait for the return address provided by us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia.


A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation Period

14 Days
From the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, received the final products.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipping process once the order has been dispatched.

A refund is not possible after the products have been received unless the items are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Chloe Quebec through a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The withdrawal is considered completed once we have received the returned products.

The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer.


ORDERS IN TRANSIT

As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then request a return.

You may still inform us in advance regarding your cancellation request.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation once the return has been shipped.


CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

What We Refund

  • All payments received

  • Refund processed within a maximum of 14 days

  • Refund issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction

What We Do NOT Refund

  • Return shipping costs

  • Additional delivery costs (if a more expensive shipping method was selected)

  • Damage caused by improper handling

The refund will only be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.
